David Shaw has more than 35 years experience in venture capital, management consulting and executive leadership of technology-based firms.  He is currently co-owner of AtWork Solutions, a workforce development firm providing case management and IT solutions for private and government clients. He is the former President and CEO of Tier 4 Partners, a national venture capital firm.  David also previously served as CEO of GKI, an American Stock Exchange listed diversified manufacturing company, and as COO of Tiburon, Inc, a global leader in integrated public safety and justice information systems.  A former Counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, David received his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, and his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.
