Kirsten specializes in economic modeling and quantitative analysis using a variety of spreadsheet and database software applications. She has more than 20 years of professional experience, including six years in the banking industry and twelve years as a strategy consultant. Her clients have included financial institutions, the gaming industry, a public utility review board, various city and state municipalities, the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Kirsten holds a B.A. degree from Reed College and an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business
