Joanie Rufo is a Certified Leadership Coach with nearly 20 years experience helping executives gain perspective and find answers to problems regarding corporate, team and personal leadership. Currently President of Initiate Consulting, Joanie’s approach makes it possible for leaders to uncover blind spots, clarify priorities, and create sustainable change. Her previous career includes prominent roles with market research and analysis organizations such as the Corporate Executive Board and AMR Research, and senior corporate strategy and marketing roles with global organizations.  Joanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton, and received her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Joanie is also certified to administer The Leadership Circle™ 360 Assessment and Culture Survey.
