Joanie Rufo is market research specialist with over 17-years experience helping corporate clients make informed decisions about their strategic direction. Currently President of Initiate Consulting LLC, Joanie’s unique experience blends consulting, research, marketing and facilitation. Her previous career includes prominent roles with market research and analysis organizations such as the Corporate Executive Board and AMR Research, and senior corporate strategy and marketing roles with global organizations. She holds a B.A. from the University of Dayton and is currently enrolled in Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program.
